Gardner Business Media (GBM) is searching for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. Ideal candidates will have at least one-year of marketing experience and a desire to collaborate and learn alongside a talented team of creative professionals.

The Marketing Coordinator will directly support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at growing Gardner Business Media’s media brands, marketing products and live events.

Reporting to the EVP, Marketing and working collaboratively with Brand leaders, marketing team members and event specialists, the Marketing Coordinator will work from GBM HQ in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy: Develop goal-oriented, multi-channel marketing plans for Gardner Business Media brands, products and events
• Project Management: Manage and execute multiple projects concurrently from start-to-finish
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with all levels of team members to brainstorm ideas, introduce solutions and manage business expectations
• Reporting: Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance metrics to key stakeholders

Skills + Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience in marketing or related role
• Skillful project manager; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with digital marketing platforms for email marketing, marketing automation, social media management
• Analytics-minded with a history of monitoring and reporting campaign performance
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in graphic design and image editing
• Excellent composition and grammar skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
