Freudenberg Group is adjusting its automotive operations as carmakers turn to electrification, notes Matthew Chapman, vice president of sales and marketing for the company’s e-Mobility business.

About 30% of vehicles will be powered by electrified drivetrains by 2030, according to the company. Chapman explains how Freudenberg is finding new business opportunities, including joint ventures, in everything from battery cells to trucks and shipping.
