Keogh to Head VW Operations in U.S.
Volkswagen AG has named Scott Keogh to become president and CEO of its North American operations, including the VW brand, on Nov. 1.

Currently head of the group’s Audi unit in North America, Keogh (pictured) will succeed Hinrich Woebcken, 58, who will remain with the company as an advisor.
Keogh’s successor at Audi of America is Mark Del Rosso, currently head of VW Group’s Bentley Motors unit. Del Rosso’s replacement will be announced later.
VW credits Woebcken with reviving VW in North America over the past two years. Keogh, 49, joined Audi as its chief marketing officer in the Americas in 2006.
