Mark Fields Joins Board of FleetPride Aftermarket Company

Former Ford Motor Co. CEO Mark Fields has joined the board of FleetPride Inc., an Irving, Tex.-based distributor of aftermarket components for commercial trucks and trailers.

FleetPride operates more than 260 locations in 46 states. The company serves multiple industries, including agriculture, construction, general freight, local government and waste management.

Fields, 56, left Ford in May after a 28-year career there. He also sits on the board of IBM Corp. and is a senior advisor for Fort Worth, Tex.-based private equity firm TPG Capital.​
