New Caddy XT6 Starts at $54,000

General Motors Co.’s all-new Cadillac XT6 crossover vehicle will be base-priced at $53,700 when the it arrives at U.S. dealerships this summer.

Only two trim levels of the XT6 will be available: a Premium Luxury edition and the top-end Sport Model (pictured). The latter, which features a sport-tuned chassis and suspension, stickers at just over $58,000.
 

Sharing a unibody platform with the two-row XT5, the three-row XT6 sits between the midsize XT5 ($42,700) and fullsize Escalade SUV ($76,500) in Cadillac’s lineup.

The XT6’s pricing is comparable to that of the Audi Q7 and Lincoln Aviator large premium crossovers. The Volvo XC90 undercuts the group at $47,700.
