A Nissan Motor Co. data center in Denver has been offline since Sunday, cutting off the ability of Nissan and Infiniti dealers to order cars and parts, report sales, file warranty claims or track down cars at other dealerships.

The company tells Automotive News it isn’t clear when the system will return to service. Dealers tell the newspaper that the network, known as NNANet, has gone down only briefly in the past.
AN notes that dealers are nervous because weekly incentive payments and month-end sales reports are coming due.
